All prices displayed on Minar are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where required by law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully received or authorized before an order is processed.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

3. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, fragrance notes, sizes, colors, and other product information are accurate.

However, slight differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturing variations.

Fragrance experiences can also vary between individuals because of skin chemistry, application, and personal perception. Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided for informational purposes and are not a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell on every individual.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after dispatch and may vary depending on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible returns must generally be requested within 2 DAYS of delivery and must meet the conditions specified in that policy.

Opened or used fragrances may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.
